Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the start of the service session in order to avoid being charging for the session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session It is understandable that emergencies do occur. Clients will be provided with one (1) free short-notice cancellation. The client will not be charged for the first cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. Any subsequent short notice cancellations will be charged as a session. The short-notice cancellation only applies if notification is received before the session start time. No shows are not eligible for free cancellation. Once purchased, refunds are not provided for cancelled or no-showed appointments. Any Products that were purchased from Goddess Power are nonrefundable. All products carry custom energy that is tailored to & for you.
